  Inspirational Walks - The Walk of Life
One of the features of coaching with Set Your Spirit Free is the use of nature as a coaching tool. The Walk of Life exercise is partaken in the great outdoors, and is available for participation both as a stand alone exercise within the coaching model and on my Transformation Days. A greater awareness of your life's purpose can be established through it and often clients find that this exercise is the one that truly defines the direction they head in, for the rest of their lives.

A walk that traces your life metaphorically from past through to destiny often brings enlightenment to all aspects of your journey. The walk generally takes 2 hours and is priced accordingly within the model.

Inspirational walks are also available through me, why not consider a half day of coaching combined with a walk in the great outdoors. A sort of mini transformation day conducted one to one. Contact me now if any of these walks are of interest to you.
