| Transition Penwith Transition Penwith is an organisation in South West Cornwall following in the footsteps of the Transition Town Totnes initiative in helping communities become more resilient to a life beyond oil. Their corporate identity was particularly designed to incorporate as many elements as possible linked to their area and their purpose. The black and green lines are meant to represent the T and P of Transition Penwith as well as the descent of Peak Oil (black) and rise of renewable energy (green). The overall shape represents a fish, one of the main industries in the area likely to be affected by Peak Oil and the green and blue halves represent the land and sea. An orange sun rounds off the identity depicting a clock running out of time. Product |
