Sharpham Estate is three miles outside Totnes on the edge of Ashprington village. From A38 Exeter take the Totnes/Buckfastleigh exit A384. From Plymouth take the Totnes/Paignton A385 exit. On arriving in Totnes, at the first big set of traffic lights, turn right onto the A381 towards Kingsbridge. Half a mile outside Totnes turn left to Ashprington (about two miles). On reaching the village turn left up the hill and onto the Sharpham Estate. When approaching Sharpham House take the far right fork in the road and park on the left hand side. The South Wing is situated 100 yards on the right hand side.
